DWFRS promote a culture of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and this is supported and encouraged by all leaders within the Service, we want our staff to come to work and ‘be themselves’. Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy outlines how we promote an inclusive culture, including how we will look to further progress within this area over the next 3-5 years.
Our Social media channels are used regularly to share the great work we are undertaking within our communities as well as the events and information we are sharing with our workforce to support their wellbeing within the workplace.
