As an employer we take great pride in being a great place to work. To ensure we offer a working environment that is desired by our staff we undertake staff engagement on policies and procedures through consultation processes, network engagement and staff collaboration. In 2019 we introduced a leadership consultancy group who we have since utilised in designing new internal processes, this group were identified by the workforce, for the workforce and allows members to represent their colleagues in the decision-making process. This group has been central to programmes such as a review our appraisal and promotion processes.

Our people strategy, alongside our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy demonstrates our ongoing commitment to employment, health and wellbeing of our staff and our communities.
