The recruitment procedure has several different stages to its process. We need the best and most committed people to join our team. Every day at work you are required to give 100 percent. Stage 1 – Complete online application form.
Stage 2 – Complete online assessments.
Stage 3 – Practical Testing. On successful completion of all prior elements of the recruitment process, applicants will be invited to attend an in-person assessment day at the DWFRS Support offices in Potterne. The assessment day should take between one and two hours to complete, subject to the number of applicants and proceedings on the day. The assessment day will be split into three assessments. If you are successful in passing all of the three elements of the assessment day, you will be notified and invited through to interview.
Stage 4 – Interview
Please make note: due to the volume of applications received, we will not be able to provide candidates with individual results or feedback from the assessments completed.
You will be emailed regularly throughout the process therefore it is essential that candidates check their junk email on a daily basis throughout the process.
